The Chick-Fil-A Garners Ferry Road Closing Shift Supervisor shift runs from 5pm-10pm. Closing Shift Supervisors are responsible for the operational success of the Front of House team during the dinner daypart (5pm-9pm) plus administrative duties before and after the daypart. Your team will include 6-20 team members and you will focus on the 3 guide-rail philosophies that we use to ensure our store's success:

The Front of House Closing Shift Supervisor will undergo training as a team member and must be fully functional operationally prior to entering into their ultimate role of Shift Supervisor. Chemistry with the team and competence in the role and as a leader are of the utmost importance, but the most important factor to be successful in this position is one's character. We can teach you everything else. 

The Front of House Closing Shift Supervisor is a part-time position, but can be made into a full-time position if you would like to start your shift during the lunch or afternoon daypart (starting anywhere from 1-5pm, based on availability). 
Starting Pay Rate will be $15-16/hr.
