As a team member at Chick-fil-A Enfield, you will receive 100% free tuition for a degree program at Point University. 100% Tuition covered contigent on team member's acceptance into Point University. Online courses include both undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs. Team members must work at least 3 shifts (15 hours weekly).

Classes last 8 weeks and you are able to take two at a time. You may transfer college credits into towards your program of choice or transfer credits out to another school.

Point University is a fully accredited private university based in West Point, Georgia. You must remain a team member to stay enrolled in the free program. Program is limited to team members employed at the Enfield, CT location.

Flexible Hours

• We know you have commitments to your family, friends, school, sports teams, etc. We will try our best to arrange your work schedule around them. 

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are both available. 

We're Closed on Sundays

• All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends, and to worship if you so choose.
