This full time position offers a premium pay rate of $17 per hour for full time adults (18 ) willing to have full availability to work within the business needs. A premium pay team member can except to work a minimum of 4 evenings and 40 hours each week. Up to 10 hours overtime may be granted if desired. Work will primarily be at Chick-fil-A Downtown Bentonville but may occasionally require time spent at Chick-fil-A West Walnut Rogers location. Premium pay is offered for both Back of House and Front of House positions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have open availability to work 5:45 am - 11:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
• 40 hours per week required. Up to 10 hours overtime offered.
• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date.
• Ability to handle all equipment, lift at least 50 lbs and mobility during entire shift.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Work in fast paced environment and in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
