We're looking for our next great Hospitality Team Members!

Position Type: Full-time (30-40 hours/week)

Preferred experience: 1-2 years’ experience working with customers

Essential Functions:

• Genuine Hospitality: exhibiting Core Values of Chick-fil-A to each guest and answering guest requests

• Great Food: fulfilling drink and desert orders, following food safety requirements, and verifying food quality

• Fast & Accurate Service: bagging orders correctly as received from the kitchen and maintaining a quick speed of service in all areas of the business

• Clean and Safe Environment: sanitizing tables, mopping and sweeping all areas of the restaurant, and emptying trash compartments

• Other tasks requested by the leadership team as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Must have a source of reliable transportation

• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required

• Works in hot, noisy, and fast paced environment

• Mobility required during shifts

• Must work well under pressure

• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
