Our Chick-fil-A in Broken Arrow, OK is hiring immediately for Shift Leaders to join our family! These roles play an important part in our day-to-day operations and ensuring each guest leaves happy and smiling!
Shift Leader Responsibilities:
● Participating operationally in the day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
● Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
● Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
● Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling
Shift Manager Requirements:
● Must be 18 or older to be a qualifying Shift leader
● Previous restaurant or retail customer service experience required
● Previous leadership experience preferred
