A Back of House Kitchen Supervisor helps create an atmosphere that is quick, accurate, but never rushed. They assist in the process of new hire training, keep track of waste, and run an effective and efficient shift including running breaks throughout. We also expect Kitchen Supervisors to maintain food safety and quality standards, administer food safety checks, and hold Team Members to all Chick-fil-A and health department exceptions.

Our Back of House Team Members are what keeps our store running and creating food with excellent taste. A Team Member's responsibility is to continually provide quick and accurate service to our guests; our supervisors assist in this process and hold team members accountable to these standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience running shifts
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience as a restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is required; experience in a similar supervisor role is preferred.
  • Our expectation is that each supervisor is professional, committed, and responsible.
  • Our employees are on time and in uniform for their shifts each day.
  • Our employees understand what it makes to go the extra mile for the customer and work to make each customer
  • feel valued.

  • Saturday availability is required

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
