- Ensure that all food items and products are stored, prepared and served based on the restaurant’s recipe, preparation, and portion standards.

- Supervise food preparation in the kitchen and ensure that food products exceed Chick-fil-A's required standards.
- Maintain clean working environments and ensure that all team members follow restaurant’s preventive maintenance measures.
- Oversee the training of team members to ensure the safety and quality of our BOH operations exceeds Chick-fil-A standards.
