We are currently looking for an energetic, highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to lead our Back of House during the evening hours.

Shift Leader performance requirements include:

• Create & promote a culture of care and a mindset of excellence with your team members so we can be the most caring business in our community.
• Lead, hold accountable, and celebrate with your Team to create Top 20% level business results in Overall Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, Food Safety, and Food & Labor Costs as we build a culture that cares for each other, our guests, and our community.
• Engage, develop, & coach your team to be the best version of themselves they can be, to take initiative for their own growth, and to get a little better each day.
• Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fast paced, challenging, ever-changing environment.
• Display unwavering professionalism with guests & teammates as you showcase our business and the Chick-fil-A Brand to hundreds of guests each day
• Follow Pre-closing Procedures and prepare the Back of House for the next day
• Oversee and execute food safety procedures (including rotation of product and internal safety assessments)
• Oversee and assist with closing procedures in the kitchen, making sure cleanliness and food safety expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned

At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results, a heart for service, and extreme dependability.
