POSITION SUMMARY

The School Principal holds a pivotal leadership role in fostering a culture of academic excellence, professional growth, and community engagement within the school. With a strong commitment to student success and staff development, the Principal oversees all aspects of school operations, curriculum development, staff supervision, and community relations. This role requires visionary leadership, effective communication skills, and a passion for promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Master's Degree in Education or related field (Required)
• Valid state Principal Certification/License (Required)
• Proven experience in educational leadership and administration
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and foster innovation
• Proficiency in educational technology and data-driven decision-making

Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19.
