POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for conducting outreach activity for engaging unsheltered population and providing immediate resources and referrals. Directly supervise the day-to-day activities of Street Outreach Workers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED) is required. 
• Associate Degree (or other 2-year degree) is preferred.
• Certification(s) Peer Support Specialist is preferred / or willing to work towards requirements within a specific timeframe identified by the program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with unsheltered population and providing immediate resources and referrals is required.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) is required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required. 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Exceptional communication skills.
