Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center is a therapist-owned, pediatric therapy practice that provides physical, occupational, speech, and behavior therapy services in the clinic, our Academy and home setting. Our individual therapy services are supplemented by a variety of therapeutic play groups, clinics, wellness classes and support services for children and their families. We aim to be the leader in the Chicago land area in both providing therapy services for children as well as educating professionals and families in our specialty fields.

Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center is currently looking for a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician who is interested in working with children with autism in the school, home and clinic setting. The therapist should have direct experience with this position, particularly working with children with autism from ages 2 to 22 years old as an RBT.

We do extensive training, collaboration, overlaps and continuing education with our ABA team! If you are passionate about learning, working with children and growing your skill sets to a new level, this is a great position for you!

We have opportunities for 1:1 supervision for BCBA candidate students. These supervisory plans are compensated for restricted and unrestricted time!

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy to children in clinic, home, and school setting
• Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and alongside a professional team, in a collaborative environment
• Collect data and implement behavior management strategies

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Experience/Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum IN THE FIELD OF ABA
• Strong communication and written skills
• Flexibility with schedule
