Job Description: Lincoln Park family with 3 children is seeking a full-time nanny. They are seeking someone energetic, fun, safe and experienced caring for multiple children. Nanny should consider themselves a professional and be seeking a long-term fit. Start early to mid-February. 
Compensation: $30-$35/hr. PTO, sick days.
Schedule: Guaranteed 35-40 hours per week pending nanny needs. 11:00am/noon – 6:00pm/7:00pm, Monday-Friday. Some flexibility needed pending weekly activities and schedule. Candidate needs to be willing to work major holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day. Additional PTO will be offered to compensate for working Memorial Day, 7/4, Labor Day, MLK, Presidents Day.
Job Details and Responsibilities:

• 3 boys. 2 children in full-time school. 1 toddler in morning school.
• Primary responsibility is the children: picking up from school, taking to any activities, prepping snacks/meals, bath time, facilitating naps/quiet times, reinforcing household rules and expectations.
• Nanny should be able to develop and implement a routine and plan age-appropriate outings.
• Nanny should enjoy time outside and playing/managing play time with the kids.
• Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping, children’s laundry, keeping toys and common areas, wrapping gifts, running errands to pick up supplies like diapers.
• Both parents work hybrid schedules and are in/out of the home throughout day. Nanny will often partner with parent in the afternoon to handle pick-ups and activities.

Qualifications:

• Nanny should have long-term verifiable experience working as a nanny with 2 children.
• The ideal candidate is college educated with a background in early childhood education. However, this is not a requirement.
• Experience and comfort working with developmentally delayed and ADHD children
• A second language is welcome.
• Active and fit.
• Proactive and a self-starter and take direction well.
• Nanny should drive and have a safe driving record. Nanny must have a vehicle that can be used on the job. Street parking is available.
• Flu vaccine required. COVID vaccine preferred.
