Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

As a cash-based practice, we focus solely on patient care without the constraints of insurance billing.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee our practice's administrative and medical operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid medical and administrative supervision background, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). This full-time position offers a competitive salary that aligns with market rates for experience and education.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness • Supervise administrative and medical staff, providing guidance and support • Develop and implement office policies and procedures • Manage patient scheduling, ensuring optimal use of provider time and resources • Handle financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and payroll • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient care • Coordinate staff training and professional development • Address patient concerns and improve patient satisfaction • Maintain accurate records and manage office inventory • Assist with marketing and practice growth initiatives
Qualifications: • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical and administrative supervision • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Cerbo EMR experience preferred • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
