Part-Time CryoSpa Coordinator Job Position:

Some SATURDAYS from from 8:30am - 2:15pm and some SUNDAYS from 8:30am - 1:15pm. We are also looking for someone who would be available to work of few days during the week from 2:45pm - 6:15pm. Please only apply if you are free to work weekends as well as a couple days during the week. More hours can be available for an exceptional candidate. Thank you.

New hire training schedule is completely flexible and training will be done during the weekdays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Chicago CryoSpa is looking for someone who is able to execute exceptional Client experiences from start to finish. Someone warm and friendly who holds the highest of standards to ensure our Clients are provided with a 5-star experience. RELIABLE and laid back with a strong work ethic. Someone who is able to connect well with others and enjoys chit chatting with our fun clients. Providing top client service is a must.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Maintains a personable, outgoing and approachable presence at The Chicago CryoSpa front desk – answering the phones, coordinating appointments/treatments in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.
• Performs Whole Body Cryo treatments as well as local Cryo, CryoFacial and Cryo T-Shock treatments (AKA Fat Freezing). These are non-evasive services and training will be provided. No special licensing needed.
• Monitors and works in accordance with the MindBody Online system; is properly trained on the MindBody Online scheduling system.
• Responsible for understanding each service and treatment offered by The Chicago CryoSpa, as well as improving Client retention by offering re-booking and pre-booking for future services.
• Anticipates, identifies and ensures Client needs are being met in the very best possible way. Someone who will go the extra mile and take the initiative.
• Responsible for maintaining spa areas (reception, Infrared Sauna, NEO Light Bed changing rooms, massage rooms restrooms, etc); monitors cleanliness of all areas of the spa
• Staying on top of laundry throughout the day and ensuring Cryo rooms are intact for each Client
• Maintains and stocks the refreshment station daily and takes initiative if supplies are low or needed. Emptying the trash cans, Swiffer dusting, wiping down common areas, and light vacuuming.
• Communicates any needs to the Spa Director and takes initiative to solve any issues that arise.
• Once fully trained, at times is comfortable and confident working independently if needed.

Pay Rate: $17 per hour
