Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently direct the traffic flow and park/relocate vehicles to designated areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents and guests with a smile. You are the first impression.
• Greet and welcome all residents and guests as they arrive.
• Assist in loading and unloading resident vehicles, holding doors open, etc. 
• Provide janitorial support in the maintenance of the parking structure, not limited to, sweeping, mopping, hosing, cleaning, leaf/snow removal.

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience in high-end environment
• Possess valid driver's license with clear record
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively

Physical Demands of Job:

• Ability to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Carrying, lifting and pulling up to 100 pounds
• Immediate reaching to perform various duties
• Overhead reaching to perform various duties
• Standing and walking for majority of time to perform various duties
• Squatting or bending to perform various duties as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
