Chic Soul is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near Opelika, AL

Are you interested in joining a team of dedicated professionals with the goal of making women feel confident everyday? Chic Soul is an online curvy women’s boutique based in Opelika, Alabama. We are seeking a fun, caring, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist with answering customer questions and helping them find the perfect outfit! As a part of the Customer Service Team, you will be answering customer chats, emails, phone calls, and social media comments and messages! This role does require work availability during the evenings or weekends and on holidays.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through online chats, emails, phone calls, texts, and social media regarding orders, questions, and special requests.
  • Log information regarding customer issues and resolution.
  • Direct customer feedback to be reviewed by our leadership team.
  • Act as a liaison to the shipping and receiving teams for any special customer request or needs.
  • Consistently review our product catalog in order to provide educated, personalized recommendations and styling suggestions to customers.
  • Provide first-class customer service through a friendly, empathetic, positive, and helpful attitude.

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Compassionate, with a strong desire to help customers feel confident in what they wear.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proactive in problem solving and the ability to turn potentially negative situations into positive wins.
  • Able to learn computer functions and navigate through multiple computer applications quickly and efficiently.
  • Well versed in social media functions and etiquette.
  • Passionate about accuracy and pays close attention to details.
  • Willing to embrace feedback and coaching to maximize potential.
  • Ability to work through issues with grace and professionalism.
  • Experience working with the Google Suite.
