As our PACU Nurse at CHI Williston, you’ll apply your nursing knowledge and skills in the recovery room and it doesn’t stop there

Most patients never realize the part you played in getting them through one of their most vulnerable moments. Honoring your commitment to care for others is thanks enough. Our leadership is visible and the hospital is expanding its services. Call is required and is based on shift and patient volume

Responsibilities
  • Apply cultural sensitivity to all patients, caregivers, and teams
  • Develop and implement a nursing care plan for PACU patients 
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure rooms are prepped with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Demonstrate kindness and compassion
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree In Nursing
  • Six (6) months Of Experience in Operating Room or experience ICU nurses who want to train in the PACU Preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State of North Dakota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
