Supports clinic operations by performing duties impacting and or directly working with front lineworkers. This position performs administrative tasks including or similar to epic template management,scheduling meetings, trainings, and/or clinic scheduling, and preparing presentations, agendas, and/orreports.

Projects Administrative Coordinator

1. Schedules meetings, provider call, and/or training sessions for front line workers and/or clinic leadership2. Prepares presentations, agendas, and/or reports for clinic leadership3. Tracks data regarding but not limited to PTO, call schedules, and/or turnover4. Supports provider and clinic leadership through calendar coordination, concur reimbursements, Kronosreconciliation, and/or other duties as assigned5. Helps coordinate/support new or ongoing clinic projects, programs, and/or grants6. Resolves issues upon request relating to but not limited to IT, onboarding, and/or scheduling conflicts7. Other duties as assigned

Associates degree in management or healthcare related field or1-2 years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
