Chez Alice Patisserie is seeking a Full-Time team-oriented candidate for the Baker’s Assistant position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Essential Functions:

• Prepping sheet pans
• Prepping and cleaning proofing baskets
• Replenishing raw materials (flour, seeds, yeast, salt, etc.)
• Cleaning (dishes, work and storage surfaces, ingredient bins, oven deck and doors, floor)
• Packaging and picking breads for pick-up
• Maintaining organization of product in freezer
• Scaling out ingredients
• Retrieving/Delivering doughs and loaves from/to refrigerator
• Coating rolls
• Labeling bins and storage containers
• Working knowledge of knives and other sharp objects.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Awareness of hot ovens.
• Responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Lead Bread Baker.

• The noise level in this workplace is usually moderate to high.

Education and Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required
