Qualifications:

• 1 yr minimum of child care experience is REQUIRED
• CPR/First Aid certified preferred
• Provide 3 professional references

Your job duties will include but not limited to:

• Adapting daily routines to meet the interest and needs of the individual child and the group
• Ensuring that the facility and all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and safe
• Establishing policies and procedures, including disciplinary policies
• Assisting teachers in the classroom and filling in when a teacher is out
• Ensuring that all children are supervised at all times
• Implementing positive discipline
• Providing a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable
• Integrating special needs children in a positive and respectful manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bridgeport, CT 06606: Relocate before starting work (Required)
