CANCER CENTER: The Cancer Center’s Oncology Financial Navigator is responsible for the Medication Assistance/Recovery Program; assists patients with medication/recovery assistance forms. Verifies medications are received and completes a tracking form for each medication. Serves as point of contact for all Cancer Center related patient billing questions and concerns.
