Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Up-to-date nursing license in Texas (LVN or RN).
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to meet Federal and State documentation requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with medical staff, residents, and families.
• Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with State and Federal medical regulations.

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
