Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions with professionalism and provide exceptional reception services.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide information about products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations when needed
- Assist with wireless sales and upselling opportunities
- Accounts Payable Experience a plus
Requirements:
- Prior experience in technical sales, cash handling, and using cash registers
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and promoting sales
- Experience in retail sales is preferred
