Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations - Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Maintain an organized and clean sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent time management skills - Basic math skills for cash handling transactions - Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Knowledge of technology products is a plus - Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
