Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Bilingual proficiency to assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a wireless sales environment
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management
