Job Responsibilities:
- Set appointments for existing and prospective clients.
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
- Generate appointments by making proactive outbound phone calls and proper follow up with customers.
- Generate daily reports.
Requirements:
- Good attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in call center environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
