```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of maintenance operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. ```Duties``` - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols - Oversee the maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Manage work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment logs and service reports - Assist in the development of the maintenance budget and monitor expenses - Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Experience with HVAC systems and other mechanical equipment - Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and complete maintenance projects - Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus - Leadership abilities to motivate and guide the maintenance team - Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed - Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software - Knowledge of facilities management best practices If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, we would love to hear from you.
