About Chesterfield Title:

Chesterfield Title is a locally owned and operated Title Insurance Company that is currently looking for a Processor (maybe change to read Processor/Closing Assistant/Funder) that is hardworking, organized and motivated with excellent communication and multitasking skills

Requirements:

• Manage the complete closing transaction through research, expert knowledge and consultation with involved parties
• Work closely with lenders, realtors, mortgage brokers, builders and others to process and close files.
• Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions to clear the file to close.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Problem solver with solid analytical skills
• Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions
• Proficient with Microsoft and Ramquest is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain Title Insurance License for IL, MO and KS if not already licensed.

*Salary adjustable depending on industry experience.
