About the Role
Teaching kindergarten at Chesterbrook Academy offers teachers the opportunity to create and cultivate a purposeful learning experience for young students. Teachers are encouraged to be creative and intentional when developing activities; you'll have the professional freedom to ensure instructional decisions are based on students interests and needs. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community as a whole.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or completed CDA in Infant/Toddler; or completion of at least 30 hours of college credit with at least 6 hours in ECE, Child Development, or a related field and 1 year previous experience working in a licensed child care facility
  • Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
  • Compliance with all state education and licensing standards
