Closing Date: 09/07/2022 At the present time, a vacancy exists for a full-time Program Manager in the 21st Century Program within the Student Services Division of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position is responsible for managing and supervising all 21st Century program-related activities in all CCIU cohorts. CCIU is offering sign-up bonuses of up to $500 for candidates who apply and are hired between January 20 through October 31, 2022! Bachelor's Degree in related field required (preferably in education, social work, or related field). Master's Degree, preferred
Experience coordinating 21st Century Community Learning Centers or in a similar organization supporting at-risk students, preferred
Experience working with bilingual/bicultural students, preferred
Experience working with school aged students, preferred
Experience with program supervision, curriculum design, and budget development preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise all coordinators of program activities in the CCIU 21st Century Community Learning Center program.
Identify and apply for any available funding opportunities to support the sustainability and continuation of supplemental academic supports in all 21st CCLC participating communities.
Supervise planning, implementation and management of all after-school and summer CCIU 21st Century Community Learning Center programs, inclusive of professional development for staff and coordinators.
Supervise planning, implementation and management of all parent involvement activities in the CCIU 21st Century Community Learning Center programs.
Develop new community partnerships designed to meet the needs of enrolled students and their families.
Supervise the completion of all accountability reporting as per federal and state 21st CCLC guidelines.
Work with external Program Evaluators to complete required annual program evaluation.
Develop annual budget for each cohort with support from each coordinator. Overall budget indirectly responsible for $2.7 million.
Oversee all expenditures to ensure grants do not exceed allowed expense.
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Grant Based Services and Early Learning.
2022-2023 Salary Range: $78,502 to $98,128, annually Project, Band 16 *This position works 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days (12 months) per year
