Chester-Andover Elementary School is looking for a K-6 Literacy teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Duties include

• Small group literacy intervention and support
• Coaching, co-teaching and collaborating with classroom and special education teachers and Title 1 interventionists.
• Data-driven decision making to facilitate multi-age literacy groupings.
• Educational Support Team member
• Other duties as assigned

Candidates should have experience teaching literacy in lower and upper level elementary classrooms. Experience with Responsive Classroom, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports, Multi-tiered Systems of Supports and Trauma Informed Practices is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Must hold the appropriate state license and endorsements in their area(s) of instruction.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
