We are searching for an Ambulatory Nurse Manager to oversee our outpatient clinics. In this role, you will oversee various specialties, including Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, Nuclear Medicine, Neuro, Dermatology, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nine outpatient clinics and 25 direct reports.
• Acts as an expert role model in the performance of patient care.
• Works directly with patients and staff to refine nursing intervention techniques and clinical approaches.
• Initiates and coordinates the development, revisions, and implementation of standards.
• Participates in the development and implementation of operational/capital budgets.
• Assists with hiring and orienting personnel.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN License.
• 3 years of nursing experience is preferred.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, days
