$750.00 SIGN-ON BONUS ($250 after 90 days and $500 after 6 months of employment)

Chesco, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time DSP (Direct Support Professional) to work in a residential home with 2 wonderful ladies! Health, Dental, Life/Disability, Matching 401(k), Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts, Employee Referral Bonus and Sign-on Bonus

Available shifts include:

Saturday 7a-10p (Weekend Day shift rate of pay is $17/hour)

Saturday 10p-12a (ASLEEP overnight rate of pay is $12/hour)

Sunday 12a-6a (ASLEEP overnight rate of pay is $12/hour)

Sunday 6a-7a (Weekend Day shift rate of pay is $17/hour)

Sunday 7a-10p (Weekend Day shift rate of pay is $17/hours)

Sunday 10p-12a (Asleep overnight rate of pay is $12/hour)

Monday 12a-6a (Asleep overnight rate of pay is $12/hour)

Monday 6a-7a (Weekday Day shift rate is $16/hour)

*Will consider hiring for these shifts as a part-time position as well. Note: Some benefits/bonuses may be applicable.

Job Duties include:

-Perform activities of daily living (ADL's) including but not limited to; bathing or showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating.
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions (Medication Certification provided with pay)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Meal planning and preparation
- Monitor and document individual's progress and behavior through Progress Notes.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for individuals to thrive and feel comfortable in
