JOB SUMMARY
The Operational Manager (OM) will be responsible for the overall service fulfillment business operations and service team performance. The OM will be expected to lead their respective team as required to effectively schedule/perform service contract work, optimize resources to meet customer expectations timely, maximize productivity as necessary to meet business goals, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee daily activities of assigned office operations. Coordinates with team to maximize fulfillment efficiency and real-time utilization of resources; analyzes and recommends improvements.
- Continuously evaluates contract compliance necessary to meet customer expectations and meet revenue projections.
- Partners with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximization of fulfillment tasks.
- Provides business leadership input on local conditions, including appropriate staffing needs.
- Ensures customer service representatives are scheduling effectively as required to optimize productivity and meet customer expectations timely
- Reviews ongoing performance results to targets. Takes corrective measures with authorization, escalate as needed. Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of team members.
- Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective mariner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PREFFERED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in business administration, or related field.
- 10 or more years of experience managing a service organization.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure that supports IT and employee relations skills.
