Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with daily activities, transport needs, personal care, and ensure their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.
Responsibilities:
-Must be able to assist with transporting clients to and from appointments
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders as per client's care plan
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients
-Assist client with completing PT/OT prescribed exercises
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client's progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Respect and uphold resident rights throughout all interactions
Skills:
- Experience in senior care or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and principles
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client privacy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
