Position:

Construction Superintendent responsible for:

(1) Overseeing high-end custom luxury home building projects. (2) Working in our online construction management program "CoConstruct" completing the following tasks. Scheduling trade partners, uploading 10-20 pictures a day, Completing Daily job logs, and more. (3) Ongoing communicating with homeowners and interior designers per each job. (4) Responsible for a clean and safe job site, Assuring each subcontractor cleans up behind their self every day (5) Working hand and hand with your project manager who is assigned at the office who is the liaison to estimating and more. (6) Reviews job drawings, specifications, and job specifications with subcontractors to ensure that the job is done correctly. (7) Completion bonus available for jobs finished on time, with a reasonably small punch list and a low amount of non-billables - To Be Discussed during interview
