The Position: Vacation Rental Cleaner

Responsibilities of cleaners include, but are not limited to the following:

• Dusting & disinfecting: surfaces and décor.
• Cleaning glass: Mirrors and windows.
• Cleaning floors: Vacuuming, mopping, and/or sweeping.
• Cleaning bathrooms: Counters, sinks, drawers & cabinets, toilets, showers, and tubs.
• Cleaning kitchens: Inside/outside of all appliances, dusting & disinfecting surfaces/décor, wiping countertops, cleaning sinks, wiping down trash bins. Organizing/cleaning cabinets, drawers, and pantries.
• Laundry services: Gathering all used linens (bed linens, bathroom towels/mats and kitchen towels), properly stain treating, washing, and drying. Making beds with clean linens using a hotel quality method and staging bathrooms with clean towels.
• Restocking and supplying: Paper towels, a sponge, dishwasher pods, large and small trash bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, hand soap, dish soap, etc.
• Teamwork: Working cooperatively towards the same goal within the team. Open communication and sharing workloads in fairness. Respecting all team members and following the guidance of management. Adherence to the core values and ethics expected within the organization.

Job Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to reach overhead
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment
• Available on weekends and holidays
• Must have a smartphone with a working camera & the ability to use an app for workplace communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
