CRM Data Support Coordinator
The CRM Data Support Analyst will assist with all data stewardship tasks in Microsoft CRM to include data input, de-duplication, data integration & migration and identification and repair of data quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring CRM database health and identifying / correcting inaccurate, corrupt and / or incomplete data
- Identify potential duplicate account and contact records, verify with relationship lead(s), and merge as appropriate
- Assist in Marketing List preparation
- Assist in new Account and Contact record creation via upload process
- Other related duties as needed
Required
- years work experience
- Experienced MS Excel user (including vlookup and pivot tables)
- months CRM experience
Preferred
- Bachelors degree (business, IT or related field)
- Microsoft Dynamics Sales module experience
- Data Duplicare product experience

The pay range for this position is $ / hr to $ / hr. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
