The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals / Entities (LEIE).
May be required to possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets the requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
May be required to meet and maintain periodic background investigation and adjudication for child care. Area : Based in Vinita but will travel to Ochelata and Nowata.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Shadows doctors and clinical practitioners during rounds or patient visits in order to accurately document the information presented by the patient and to the patient.
Records patient summaries, patient history, lab results, imaging results, and impressions made by the practitioner in the patient record.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY · Performs work under direct supervision. · Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
