ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner at Cherokee Mountain Medical, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients. This includes performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on preventative healthcare measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience in primary care or related field
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Current CPR certification
- Masters degree in Nursing
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
