What You'll Do
- Serve up delicious cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to both casino guests and our cocktail servers.
- Keep the party safe by following all alcohol safety protocols, including ID checks and responsible service.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels like a high roller.
- Maintain the quality of our drinks by following standardized recipes.
- Handle financial transactions and guest payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Restock supplies to keep the bar running smoothly for the next shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing and sanitizing glassware and bar equipment.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness for your station and shared areas.
You're a Perfect Fit If
- Have at least 1 year of bartending experience (casino experience a plus!)
- Possess a valid ID showing they are over 21 years old.
- Hold a current ServSafe® Alcohol Certification or equivalent.
- You provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- You work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- You manage time efficiently and prioritizes tasks effectively.
- You maintain a clean and organized work area.
- You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
