The ideal candidate for this role tinkers with future tech, such as AI and new web technologies, and is a dreamer. This Full Stack Developer should be able to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team. Ultimately, our Developers are expected to help plan and manage the tasks of generating profitable results for our clients, while working with an integrated team of agency professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create functional prototypes for clients to preview and provide feedback.
• Deliver high performant, standards-compliant web applications.
• Develop user-centric, functional, and visually appealing web applications.
• Provide updates to existing client websites.
• Troubleshoot and correct bugs that may exist in web applications.
• Maintain established brand requirements through web implementation.
• Remain up to date on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Execute OOP development techniques.
• Experiment with new technologies like AI and automation.
• Make Recommendations, meet deadlines, and work under pressure while juggling multiple projects at the same time.
• Rapidly troubleshoot site outages.
• Adjust your communication style to accommodate different levels of technical understanding.
• Know the technical trade-offs of various approaches, including budget/time estimates.
