Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto estimating and possess mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle repairs.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the extent of damages and necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repair costs and communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within estimated timeframes
- Maintain detailed records of all estimates, repairs, and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding repair processes

- Review all final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy, and thoroughly check the final repairs prior to delivery to the customer

Skills:
- Proficiency in auto estimating software
- minimum 1 year collision center repair and/or estimating experience
- Ability to handle cash transactions for customer payments
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and insurance representatives
- Mechanical aptitude to understand and convey repair processes effectively

-ability to handle the physical aspects of the collision repair business,including bending, stooping, crawling in all weather conditions, standing for long periods of time, and exposure to dust exhaust fumes and a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
