Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and safely weigh and label beef, pork, lamb, veal, and ground beef products.
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks using established procedures to put away product.
• Organize carts and stage finished products for night shift selection.
• Properly label and palletize products for stocking and putting away.
• Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, and procedures and consistently meet all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required, or directed by Management.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7 am until the end (typically about 3 pm or 4 pm)
