Your day to day as a Floor Tech

As a Floor Tech at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling role that will keep you engaged. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of designated areas, such as hallways, patient rooms, and common spaces.

You will operate cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards. With a schedule of 7 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm, you will have a consistent routine and the opportunity to make a difference every day.

Please note that this position requires working every other weekend to support our residents and uphold our commitment to excellence in care and service.
