Prepare and serve food as needed for Breakfast, Lunch and Snack Bars (if applicable).Work with such equipment as ovens, steam table, peeler, can opener, mixer, usual knives, spoons, ladles, etc., grills, meat slicer, steamer, and point of sale machines / register.Duties include such activities as to cook various meats, mix ingredients, wash and peel vegetables, open cans, make desserts, salads, and sandwiches. Serve Breakfast and Lunches to faculty and students, serving portions as instructed. Scrape pans, wash pots and pans, sweep floors, clean serving tables, set up stations with napkins, straws, etc. Carry food to or from coolers or refrigerators, put excess foods away, clean all Kitchen equipment, and Snack Bar equipment (if applicable).
Perform other related duties as may be assigned or directed.* Attend training meetings as required to keep abreast of changes and improvements.*Ability to work as a team.*Possess good customer service skills.
