Our team consists of dedicated physicians, highly skilled advanced care practitioners, psychologists, a psychiatric prescriber, developmental and educational specialists who collaborate to provide personalized exceptional care to every patient. We have an excellent opportunity for a nurse practitioner to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a valued member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our patients. Essential Functions

• To provide exceptional, evidence-based primary care including well child, adolescent and young adult care, and diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical and behavioral health conditions
• To coordinate care with subspecialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• To collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• To provide high-quality care including ensuring quality care metrics are met and maintained
• To share call responsibilities within the group (call schedule: approximately 1:5 weeknight call, 1:5 weekend call)

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner degree (NP) from an accredited school
• Board Certification or eligibility
• Valid license to practice in the state of Massachusetts
• Excellent clinical skills with strong foundation in pediatric care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to patient centered medical care and evidence-based medicine
• Dedication to ongoing professional development
