Job Summary:
We are seeking a Skilled NP injector to join our clinic and Med Spa. Must have experience and training in all types of injections. Prefer experience in hormone management but willing to train.

Duties:
- Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications:

- Injection certification
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Utah
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Pay: $50,000.00 - $156,316.44 per year
