Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Train new employees on job duties and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
