Position Overview:
The Product Manager for the AutoPayPlus App will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our mobile application utilized by AutoPayPlus members. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the app aligns with industry best practices, offers the latest features, and delivers optimal functionality to meet the evolving needs of our members.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the AutoPayPlus App, aligning with company goals and member needs.
Feature Prioritization: Identify, prioritize, and manage the implementation of new features and enhancements based on market research, member feedback, and industry trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and operations to drive product development initiatives.
User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve the user experience of the app through iterative design, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor app performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback channels to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Compliance and Security: Responsible for meticulously assessing the application for adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly focusing on data privacy and security requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmap plans to key stakeholders within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience 5 years in product management, preferably in the mobile app industry.
Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, design principles, and technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
Familiarity with financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
